• Information you provide when booking/purchasing: email address and phone number, and for a pitch booking the vehicle’s registration number.
• Order details: what you have booked or bought, amount and date.
• Payment details are handled directly by our payment provider – we never see or store your card details.
• Technical information via cookies (see section 6).

3. Why we process the data

• To fulfil your booking or purchase and send a confirmation (performance of a contract).
• To meet the requirements of accounting and tax legislation (legal obligation).
• To answer questions and handle complaints (legitimate interest).

4. How long we keep the data

We keep your data for as long as it is needed for the purpose. Order details that form accounting records are kept for seven years in accordance with the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.

5. Who we share data with

We never sell your data. Data may be shared with:

• Payment providers (e.g. WooPayments, Swish, PayPal) to process payment.
• Automattic/Jetpack and our hosting provider (WordPress.com) for operation, security and visitor statistics.

These parties process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

6. Cookies

A cookie is a small text file stored in your browser. We use:

• Necessary cookies (WooCommerce): required for the cart and checkout to work, e.g. woocommerce_cart_hash, woocommerce_items_in_cart and wp_woocommerce_session_*. Without these, shopping is not possible.
• Statistics and functionality (Jetpack): may set cookies for anonymous visitor statistics and certain features on the site.

You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. Note that the cart and checkout may then not work as they should.

7. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, and to object to or request restriction of the processing and to obtain your data (data portability).
